Q: May I register by telephone?
A: Registrations may be mailed, faxed or brought to the office. After office hours, registrations (in sealed envelopes), may be placed in the FVSRA drop box outside the lobby door.
Q: How do I register?
A: Refer to the current season brochure, on this website, page 4, for detailed steps on registering.
Q: Where can I find transportation times for programs?
A: First check on this website in the Program Flyer section of this website. In some cases, the program flyer will indicate to call the office and listen to a pre-recorded message.
Q: When do I need to complete an Annual Information Form (AIF)?
A: AIFs expire each year on May 31. So all participants need a new AIF completed for programs beginning June 1, or in any season, after May 31 of each year, when the participant begins programs. The AIF Form is printed ONLY in the Summer Brochure. Otherwise, please print a copy from this website, or call the office for a copy to be mailed to you.
Q: May I drop a payment off after office hours?
A: Yes, please use the FVSRA drop box outside the lobby door and make sure the payment is in a sealed envelope and contains participant’s name.
Q: How can I get in touch with a van driver during a program?
A: Van drivers may be contacted by calling the cell number assigned to the vehicle. Check this website for a listing of vans/cell numbers or refer to page 46 of the season brochure.
Q: What programs are eligible for scholarships?
A: General Programs, Special Olympics, Sports, Adapted Sports, Fitness and Summer Day Camp. Programs not eligible for scholarships are Special Events, Overnights, and Private Lessons. See page 45 of the brochure for steps to apply for scholarships.
