Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
When arriving at or departing from a program, please check-in with the FVSRA staff before you leave or take your child.

Please help us keep track of your child’s belongings by labeling all items. FVSRA cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please contact the FVSRA Office if your child will be absent from a program.

Parents are responsible for informing teachers and/or transportation departments of the participant’s FVSRA programs after school or workshop.

FVSRA provides a snack for your child in many of our programs. If your child has dietary restrictions, you may send your own snack or call the office to make arrangements for us to supply a snack suitable for your child’s needs.

Parents should adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times of programs. The staff appreciate your consideration in this matter as they need time to set up and often have additional responsibilities following the program.
