Miracle League

Join the national phenomenon known as Miracle League baseball.  The Miracle League Field at Marklund's Mill Creek facility in geneva is designed specifically to allow individuals with physical or impairments who utilize wheelchairs and walkers, or have difficulties with mobility, the opportunity to play baseball.  Athletes will work on batting, throwing, and teamwork while having a great time on the baseball diamond.

Leagues will be forming soon.  Look back in the spring for more information!

 

Miracle League and FVSRA provide:

1.  Player Buddies for all players

2.  Team uniforms consisting of a team hat and jersey.  Each player will need to provide their own glove.

3.  A schedule providing dates and game times for several games throughout the season.

4.  Instructions for inclement weather.  A Program Leader will contact you with details regarding playing conditions, and possible postponement of games.
