This fall, we are excited to welcome two interns to our team, Marlene and Dylan. Both students bring unique perspectives and fresh enthusiasm to our mission of providing inclusive recreation for all.
Marlene, a student at Southern University and A&M College, has quickly embraced the welcoming atmosphere at FVSRA. She has been impressed by the support and collaboration within the team and is eager to deepen her connections in the field of inclusive recreation. Her passion for making meaningful connections reflects her commitment to positively impacting the lives of those we serve. Marlene is also preparing to graduate college mid-December!
Dylan, a student at Central Michigan University, has a long-standing connection with FVSRA, having first joined us in high school. This internship, however, marks his first experience in the office, giving him a new perspective on the work behind the scenes. He has gained a deeper appreciation for the planning, coordination, and communication that go into creating our programs. Dylan is excited to continue his journey in the field and is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in participants’ lives.
We are thrilled to have Marlene and Dylan with us through December and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make at FVSRA. If you see them at a program or event, be sure to say hello and welcome them!
